JAMIE is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness, Spin and Real Ryder Instructor. She has over 15 years of experience managing fitness centers and instructing several different formats of group fitness classes. Her current classes at Tone Zone include, real ryder, tone and tabata. Jamie specializes in high intensity workouts, and loves to “pump” up her classes with high energy music!
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Health Administration from York College. Jamie became interested in fitness, weight training, and running at a very young age, and she taught her first fitness class at sixteen. She’s been passionate about health and fitness ever since, and enjoys motivating her clients to push themselves the extra mile while keeping a smile as they do it! If you happen to catch Jamie outside of the studio, you might see her walking her puppy Piper on local trails or enjoying a good meal in one of Philadelphia’s great restaurants.
