Get the lean, toned look of a dancer’s body.  Barre is a series of strengthening and toning exercises that targets your core, tightens your arms, and firms your lower body. It is low impact (easy on the knees), and utilizes light weights along with your body weight to tone every muscle.

“Zone Boot Camp Circuit”

Circuit-style Zone Boot Camp!  Get ready for a head-to-toe challenge filled with innovative and fun moves.  Work periods and rest periods are switched up all the time, as are the movements, so you’ll enjoy a new experience each time.  We’ll keep you motivated to push you to your limits!

Get spun into shape with this perfect combination of Indoor Cycling and TABATA! Your heart will race with 25 minutes on our RealRyder bikes, followed by 25 minutes of Tabata interval training to work your core and upper body.

Located in our separate cycling room with stadium seating at our Ridge Pike location, here are some of the details and benefits of these incredible bikes:
  • RealRyder bikes lean with your body left and right as you ride to simulate an actual outdoor riding experience.
  • Increase core strength and stability, challenge balance and full-body coordination.
  • Recruit more muscles during leaning and steering movements to burn approximately 20% more calories compared to a conventional stationary bike
  • Improve endurance, speed and agility for sport, and benefit from greater joint mobility (especially, hips, back and knees) as the bike moves with your body’s natural pedaling motion.

This class focuses on muscular endurance rather than cardio endurance.  Each participant will utilize a custom-created mini-bench (designed by Scott!) to aid in an assortment of movements designed to keep you sore and burning calories for days following your workout.

“Torching Tabata”

Are you ready for a super intense, fast-moving, high-intensity interval training class that maximizes your heart rate, burns lots of calories and also pushes you to the next level? Well then, Tabata is for you! Tabata is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. Elaborate studies show that just four minutes of Tabata interval training could do more to boost aerobic and anaerobic capacity than an hour of endurance exercise.

“Weekend Warrior”

Burn a ton of calories before you hit the town this weekend. After this fast-paced hour of high-energy exercises, you’ll feel less guilty about indulging in evening cocktails and late night snacks!
