Ballet Burn

Don’t let the word “ballet” scare you; you do not need any prior dance experience to fall in love with this class! Ballet Burn is a barre-fusion class unlike any other.  It is a full-body toning class that combines elements of dance and Pilates with the use of light hand weights and your own body weight for resistance. When executed correctly, these movements prove to sculpt muscles so that they become taut and lengthened. Achieve tight abs, toned arms, a perky derrière, and work toward the unmistakable, long, lean and strong shape of a dancer.

Barre Tone

Get the lean, toned look of a dancer’s body.  Barre is a series of strengthening and toning exercises that targets your core, tightens your arms, and firms your lower body. It is low impact (easy on the knees), and utilizes light weights along with your body weight to tone every muscle.

Cardio Barre

Our creative Cardio Barre format is a fun, energetic group fitness experience, which fuses exercise techniques from the worlds of Pilates, Classic Ballet, Cardio-Sculpting Moves and Yoga. These methods of exercise target the muscles that play the greatest role in body change, then keep these muscles working intensely and safely long enough for them to change. Intensely stretch each muscle in this fast-paced form of interval training that maximizes caloric burn during & after every class. This class will make you feel energized!  It will increase your stamina, increase your posture and transform your body to one of balance and strength.

Cycle PLUS

Cycle PLUS is a total-body indoor cycling workout that incorporates mini bands, dumbbells, body bars and bands suspended from above. This super charged cycling experience will tone your upper body and core while keeping your heart rate high for maximum calorie-burning!

Cycle Zone

Cycle Zone is all about carb-burning, cardio-conditioning, and high-action! Our top-of-the-line Keiser M3+ bikes are sure to impress. At 14 riders, it’s an intimate, power-packed class, set to a dynamic soundtrack. Get spun into shape with this perfect combination of Indoor Cycling and TABATA! Your heart will race with 25 minutes on our RealRyder or Keiser bikes, followed by 25 minutes of Tabata interval training to work your core and upper body.

I Love Sundays!

This class starts slowly as we enjoy this day of rest with dynamic flexibility and mobility work. As the clock progresses, so does the intensity! Get yourself pumped up for the week ahead with a cardio intense workout sure to increase your endorphin level!


Kettlebells meet Pilates in this perfect fusion of fitness! Kettleates combines both strength movements and explosive power endurance movements into one challenging, fat burning, workout that maximizes caloric expenditure and results.


This class focuses on muscular endurance rather than cardio endurance.  Each participant will utilize a custom-created mini-bench (designed by Scott!) to aid in an assortment of movements designed to keep you sore and burning calories for days following your workout.

Tabata Be Kidding Me

A crazed variation of our Torching Tabata that’s almost entirely focused on working the legs and abdominals to glorious exhaustion.


Hit every inch with deliberate motions in this muscle-focused toning session.  You’ll be sure to feel that “good sore” for days to come!

Torching Tabata

Are you ready for a super intense, fast-moving, high-intensity interval training class that maximizes your heart rate, burns lots of calories and also pushes you to the next level? Well then, Tabata is for you! Tabata is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. Elaborate studies show that just four minutes of Tabata interval training could do more to boost aerobic and anaerobic capacity than an hour of endurance exercise.

Wednesday Warrior

Get over the mid-week hump!  Burn a ton of calories in this class, which is based on our popular “Weekend Warrior” class.  Wednesday night is the perfect time to re-energize and begin the downhill strut to the weekend!  Class will take on fresh formats weekly to keep you on your toes!

Burn a ton of calories before you hit the town this weekend. After this fast-paced hour of high-energy exercises, you’ll feel less guilty about indulging in evening cocktails and late night snacks!

Cardio Kickbox

This high-energy cardio class is geared to burn calories and shed pounds while toning your body. Combining various punching and kicking techniques with focused cardio sprints, this hour is guaranteed to give you a full body workout!
