It is a full-body toning class that combines elements of dance and Pilates with the use of light hand weights and your own body weight for resistance. When executed correctly, these movements prove to sculpt muscles so that they become taut and lengthened. Achieve tight abs, toned arms, a perky derrière, and work toward the unmistakable, long, lean and strong shape of a dancer.

“Zone Boot Camp Circuit”
Circuit-style Zone Boot Camp! Get ready for a head-to-toe challenge filled with innovative and fun moves. Work periods and rest periods are switched up all the time, as are the movements, so you’ll enjoy a new experience each time. We’ll keep you motivated to push you to your limits!
This high-energy cardio class is geared to burn calories and shed pounds while toning your body. Combining various punching and kicking techniques with focused cardio sprints, this hour is guaranteed to give you a full body workout!
FULL- BODY TONING
This class is the ultimate calorie burner!! Each customized playlist will energize you through a deliberate format: 3 minutes of hard core cardiovascular movement to one song, followed by 2 minutes of active rest to another song. Active rest includes light cardio and strength movements. You’ll warm up for 4 minutes beforehand to get ready, and then cool down for another 4 minutes at the end.
Kettlebells meet Pilates in this perfect fusion of fitness! Kettleates combines both strength movements and explosive power endurance movements into one challenging, fat burning, workout that maximizes caloric expenditure and results.
This class focuses on muscular endurance rather than cardio endurance. Each participant will utilize a custom-created mini-bench (designed by Scott!) to aid in an assortment of movements designed to keep you sore and burning calories for days following your workout.
Are you ready for a super intense, fast-moving, high-intensity interval training class that maximizes your heart rate, burns lots of calories and also pushes you to the next level? Well then, Tabata is for you! Tabata is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. Elaborate studies show that just four minutes of Tabata interval training could do more to boost aerobic and anaerobic capacity than an hour of endurance exercise.
3 ways to sculpt your body in one energized hour! This class consists of 18 minutes of pure CARDIO, 18 minutes of pure STRENGTH, and 18 minutes of pure CORE. The focus allotted to each style of intensity will work your body in a different way than when the 3 styles are completed all together. This class is challenging, and is just what you need to push yourself further!
Get over the mid-week hump! Burn a ton of calories in this class, which is based on our popular “Weekend Warrior” class. Wednesday night is the perfect time to re-energize and begin the downhill strut to the weekend! Class will take on fresh formats weekly to keep you on your toes!
