Ballet Burn

Don’t let the word “ballet” scare you; you do not need any prior dance experience to fall in love with this class! Ballet Burn is a barre-fusion class unlike any other.  It is a full-body toning class that combines elements of dance and Pilates with the use of light hand weights and your own body weight for resistance. When executed correctly, these movements prove to sculpt muscles so that they become taut and lengthened. Achieve tight abs, toned arms, a perky derrière, and work toward the unmistakable, long, lean and strong shape of a dancer.

“Barre Tone”

Get the lean, toned look of a dancer’s body.  Barre is a series of strengthening and toning exercises that targets your core, tightens your arms, and firms your lower body. It is low impact (easy on the knees), and utilizes light weights along with your body weight to tone every muscle.

“Cycle PLUS”

Cycle PLUS is a total-body indoor cycling workout that incorporates mini bands, dumbbells, body bars and bands suspended from above.  You’ll love the smooth, magnetic resistance of our Keiser M3+ bikes!  This super-charged cycling experience will tone your upper body and core while keeping your heart rate high for maximum calorie-burning!
“Rhythm Ride”
This class has SOUL! Keiser M3+ gets dancy in this sure-to-get-you-out-of-the-saddle twist on Cycle PLUS.
Cycle PLUS is a total-body indoor cycling workout that incorporates mini bands, dumbbells, body bars and bands suspended from above. This super charged cycling experience will tone your upper body and core while keeping your heart rate high for maximum calorie-burning!


Get spun into shape with this perfect combination of Indoor Cycling and TABATA!  Get your heart racing with 25 minutes on our top-of-the-line Keiser M3+ bikes, followed by 25 minutes of Tabata interval training to work your core and upper body.

This high-energy cardio class is geared to burn calories and shed pounds while toning your body. Combining various punching and kicking techniques with focused cardio sprints, this hour is guaranteed to give you a full body workout!

“Families in Training” (**INCLUDED IN REGULAR CLASS PACKAGES!**)

Bring your little ones (up to age 5) to this class which is geared towards toning and sculpting!  We know that finding time to work out is nearly impossible! Allow our Families in Training (FIT) program to get you back into a workout routine. During this 55 minute class, you will get a great workout WITH your child as you experience full-body toning that focuses on rebuilding strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, and enhancing flexibility. In addition to using resistance bands, dumbbells, kettle bells, and more, you’ll learn how to use your child’s body weight and your own.  Worried your child won’t sit still? No fear, we like the challenge!  Your body is sure to be sore from the physical workout, but we will also be striving to put your MIND at EASE! While getting fit with your child, receive professional parenting advice from Amy Yontef, Owner of Family Strength Coaching. Amy will be on-hand each session to facilitate discussions about parenting topics that include everything from stress management to finding “me time”. Bring your own questions and ideas for discussions, too.

Kettlebells meet Pilates in this perfect fusion of fitness!  Kettleates combines both strength movements and explosive power endurance movements into one challenging, fat burning, workout that maximizes caloric expenditure and results.

“Ready SWEAT Go!”

Do you love to sweat and rev up your metabolism?  This class will take you through your comfort level to the next dimension of fitness! Cardio.  Strength.  Challenge.  See you there!


This class focuses on muscular endurance rather than cardio endurance.  Each participant will utilize a custom-created mini-bench (designed by Scott!) to aid in an assortment of movements designed to keep you sore and burning calories for days following your workout.


Hit every inch with deliberate motions in this muscle-focused toning session.  You’ll be sure to feel that “good sore” for days to come!

“Torching Tabata”

Are you ready for a super intense, fast-moving, high-intensity interval training class that maximizes your heart rate, burns lots of calories and also pushes you to the next level? Well then, Tabata is for you! Tabata is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. Elaborate studies show that just four minutes of Tabata interval training could do more to boost aerobic and anaerobic capacity than an hour of endurance exercise.

“Wednesday Warrior”

Get over the mid-week hump!  Burn a ton of calories in this class, which is based on our popular “Weekend Warrior” class.  Wednesday night is the perfect time to re-energize and begin the downhill strut to the weekend!  Class will take on fresh formats weekly to keep you on your toes!

(Friday, 5:25pm Elm Street) Burn a ton of calories before you hit the town this weekend. After this fast-paced hour of high-energy exercises, you’ll feel less guilty about indulging in evening cocktails and late night snacks!

“YOGA 360″

YOGA 360 is the perfect blend of rigor and restoration! It will offer a dynamic, challenging vinyasa-based component, while lengthening and strengthening the muscles at the same time. Classes will begin with a fast- paced flow, focused on alignment, and will end with deep stretches and long holds to loosen your muscles and stretch your connective tissue. YOGA 360 will provide your body and mind with a full work out and leave you feeling relaxed and renewed!  Bring your own mat, or borrow one of ours.
