MEET OUR TRAINERS:
Owner Scott Sorkin possesses certificates in Personal Training and Nutrition from: Expert Rating, The National Personal Training Institute and ACE . Scott began training in 1999 with clients at both the Gold’s Gym in Northeast Philadelphia and The Aquatic and Fitness Club on the Main Line. He was the fitness director at Gold’s Gym in Conshohocken and became the regional director of that ownership group’s three gym locations.
Scott opened Tone Zone Fitness Studio in Conshohocken in 2010, in a smaller space that he quickly outgrew. He and his wife, Leslie, opened their larger location at 701 East Elm in January of 2013, where they proudly offer a wide variety of fitness classes, along with the same high-quality personal training that he has been giving for years! They are excited to open their second location at 406 W. Ridge Pike in Conshohocken to cater to the ever-growing needs of the booming local fitness scene.
Scott’s success throughout the years is a direct outcome of his results-oriented approach to personal training, his vast knowledge of all things fitness-related, and his intense passion for what he does. His workouts are specifically designed for outcomes related to strength development, weight loss, and muscle definition.
Jamie Kiepert has been a Director of Fitness, Certified Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor in the Philadelphia area for over 15 years. Her current classes include boot camp, cardio kickbox, and indoor cycling, and she specializes in high intensity training. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Health Administration from York College.
Jamie became interested in fitness, weight training, and running at a very young age, and she taught her first fitness class at sixteen. She’s been passionate about health and fitness ever since, and enjoys motivating her clients to push themselves the extra mile while keeping a smile as they do it!
If you happen to catch Jamie outside of the studio, you might see her running on trails or enjoying a good meal in one of Philadelphia’s great restaurants!
Frank Jantes is an experienced Personal Trainer who has been working in the fitness field for the last ten years. His experience working in a physical therapy office as well as several different training facilities has given him a broad range of knowledge in which he uses to translate into his workout programs.
One of Frank’s favorite things to do is design creative workout programs. This keeps his clients challenged and eager to push themselves to the next level. His “think outside the box” approach to fitness will maintain your interest while making every workout fun and exciting. With high energy and a dedicated work ethic, Frank creates a wonderful environment in which to strive towards your fitness goals.
In his free time, Frank still participates in local recreational sports leagues, and he enjoys a competitive atmosphere to push himself to stay healthy and active. That same push is something that he uses when working with every single one of his clients. For Frank, fitness is more of a lifestyle than a job, and that is the attitude he tries to pass on to all he works with.
