Join us for an incredible event July 4th! Our very own Tone Zoner, Becky, has been battling ovarian cancer over the past few months. Her final chemo treatment will be at the end of June, so we are going to help her celebrate the best way we know how… with an AMAZING fitness event dedicated to raising money for ovarian cancer research!
Becky is a nurse, but she’s also a ROCK STAR who has been attending classes when feeling up to it during treatments. Cycling is her favorite, so she will be a GUEST INSTRUCTOR (with David Y as co-pilot) during the RealRyder portion of our 4-part event! AFTERBURN, Boot Camp and a walk/jog outside (weather permitting) are on the action-packed menu for the morning, as well!

Orientation includes: Body fat analysis, dietary information, education on your metabolism, step-by-step instructions for how the program will work, and tips for success.
Training sessions will be scheduled throughout the week for your choosing. Early morning, mid-day and evening times will be available. Times will be determined at orientation based on participants’ schedules.
