Ballet Burn

Not a ballerina?  NO PROBLEM! This full-body toning class combines elements of dance and Pilates, and is for all levels.  You’ll work every tiny muscle with the use of light hand weights and your own body weight for resistance. When executed correctly, these movements prove to sculpt muscles so that they become taut and lengthened. Achieve tight abs, toned arms, a perky derrière, and work toward the unmistakably long, lean and strong shape of a dancer…even if you can’t do a pirouette!

TZ Tip: Class is performed in bare feet or socks.  We won’t judge you if your socks don’t match!
