Ann decided to teach group fitness classes back in college to avoid the “Freshman Fifteen” and instantly became addicted. To keep things fresh, she has taught a wide range of formats. Ann’s contagious energy helps motivate her participants to reach their goals. She loves to challenge everyone and strives to keep it fun!
In her free time, Ann enjoys being outdoors, especially competing in Adventure Races. To unwind, she practices yoga and bakes desserts (she still licks the beaters!).
