Lisa has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in and around the Philadelphia area, focusing on fun, full body workouts for everybody. She enjoys leading kickboxing, spin, piloxing, sport conditioning and Pilates classes.

Lisa loves to inspire others to move and to make everyone feel like an athlete during her classes. When Lisa is not teaching she is working as an occupational therapy assistant and spending time with her family.
