Liz grew up playing sports ranging from Swimming, to Soccer, to Volleyball, and Softball. She was a collegiate swimmer and after graduation she realized that she could now longer eat the thousands and thousands of calories she was used to from the metabolism and burning capability of her swimming days. When she was living in London for a year she decided to check out this whole “fitness” vs “competition” concept of working out and was hooked.

She tried spin and decided that it was one of her favorite mediums! Liz loves the balance of a varied workout schedule but believes that indoor cycling provides a cardio endurance and taxing workout which complements and challenges even the most accomplished of athletes. As a music lover (and minor in college!) she appreciates the effect of music on a workout and loves the added impact that it has on the movements and enjoyment of indoor cycling.

Liz moved to the area in May 2017 and currently lives in Conshohocken, PA. She attended Ursinus College where she majored, Business & Economics and minored in Media & Communications/Music. She works at a Financial Services Technology company in KOP as a Product Manager. Liz firmly believes that a physical challenge is the perfect balance to a mentally strenuous job.

In Liz’s spare time she loves trying new things, making healthy adaptations of classic recipes, playing in recreational leagues, heading out to dinner and drinks in the city, and finding ways to give back to others. She believes in enjoying all the experiences life has to offer while maintaining positive and inspired… and fitness a huge part of that.
