Stretch

You work out hard all week, every week in our classes.  Take some time to STRETCH!  Our STRETCH class incorporates SMR (Self Myofascial Release), which is a technique that improves flexibly, range of motion, muscle function, performance and reduces injury. The use of tools like foam rollers, yoga blocks and guided stretching will enhance range of motion in the joints. By doing so, we enable muscles to work properly and ultimately get stronger.
